Costa Blanca vs Costa del Sol
The Costa Blanca (Alicante province) is a different proposition to the Costa del Sol — generally more affordable, with a larger permanent expat community and slightly less glamour. For buyers on a tighter budget, it offers significantly better value for money.
Torrevieja in particular has seen strong UK buyer interest due to very low entry prices (studios from €65,000) and a well-established British community with English-speaking amenities.
